At PureGuard Pet, we are committed to delivering your pet wellness products as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Locations

PureGuard Pet currently ships throughout the United States. We may expand shipping availability to additional countries and regions in the future.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations at our discretion.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

PureGuard Pet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@pureguardpet.com and we will assist you in working with the carrier.

PureGuard Pet is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

PureGuard Pet is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate shipping information.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

9. International Orders

If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

PureGuard Pet is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
